		<description>I don&#039;t think there is any specific age threshold for handing out li xi. Back in the old days, as long as you get married, you have to give out li xi.  Nowadays, as long as you have a job, you have to handing out li xi.  Sadly, when you lose your job, you still... have to continue handing out li xi. =(</description>
