Happy Friday to all the Vietnam Talking Points readers out there. We’re pleased to announce that VTP turns two years old today. From a little site that got just two hits on its first day of going live to a site now celebrating its two-year anniversary–this day is something that even those of us present at the outset could hardly have imagined.
As we carry this site into the future, we want you to know that we’re very much attuned to our readers. We will continually strive to turn VTP into a hub of information, as well as a platform for discussion between different members of the Vietnamese community. We want to help provide you with the motions for debate, and we want you to be active participants in ongoing civil discourse between sometimes congenial and sometimes differing groups. To do this, we would like your input on how VTP can become a better space for conversation. What kind of talking points do you want to see more of in the future?
If you could fill out the poll below, it would help us out a lot. You can pick multiple options. Feel free to leave us a comment or contact us directly at contactus@onevietnam.org if you have more suggestions, criticism, or–if you’ll allow us to be hopeful for a second–praise. We’re happy to read of anything from article suggestions to site design tips. We look forward to hearing from everyone!
