Shameful conduct by Dow Corning and others on this matter.
The US government took US taxpayers money and gave it to Dow Corning to purchase Agent Orange (and others) which was then sprayed on the Vietnamese countryside and on US soldiers who had been drafted to fight in Vietnam.
The US government used public money to buy one of the most toxic substances known to man which they sprayed on their own soldiers. Seem bizarre?
Whilst affected US veterans have received some recompense, quite shamefully the US has not accepted responsibility for the thousands born many years after the war who are still affected.
In this way Agent Orange has proven more toxic than nuclear weapons. Children born in Hiroshima and Nagasaki 60 years later are not being affected like children being born today in Vietnam.
Compensation for Vietnamese victims of agent orange NOW!
