Journey Through the Asian Kitchen, A Culinary Expedition of Vietnam

Do you like to eat food? Do you like to eat Vietnamese food… do you like to eat really good Vietnamese food? Well, we know a place that will satisfy all your Vietnamese food cravings.

OneVietnam is the proud sponsor of The Asian Culinary Association’s “Journey Through the Asian Kitchen, A Culinary Expedition of Vietnam” gala. This year’s gala will feature a cocktail tasting of traditional street food from across Vietnam, and a five-course dinner showcasing the modern flavors of Global Asian Cuisine. Along with the meal, Chef Khai Duong of Ana Mandara and Andrew Lam, author of “East Eats West’ and NPR Commentator, will have a conversation regarding the influence of Vietnamese cuisine in the United States.

This event will be held on September 26th, 2010 from 5pm – 9pm at The California Culinary Academy:
350 Rhode Island St.
San Francisco, CA 94103

Tickets are $150 per person, $1,350 per table of ten.

The excitement will begin at 5:00pm with a tasting of traditional Vietnamese street food and beverages at various kitchens on the 4th Floor of the CCA. The eight-course family style dinner will start at 6:45pm in the Careme 350 restaurant and showcase Vietnamese dishes.

    It’s supposed to read Com Chien Tom (Cơm Chiên Tôm), not Tom Chien Com ^^ LOL
