Today Hayward police notified Michelle Le’s family that they are investigating the case as a homicide. Evidence collected in the last week from Michelle’s car, surveillance videos, and interviews with persons of interests point to murder. The circumstances of the case points to intentional foul play; Michelle’s valuables were left untouched in her car. Police are now searching the rural area of Oakland for Michelle’s body.
Michelle, a 26 years old nursing student, was last seen leaving Kaiser Hospital in Hayward on May 27th. She was wearing white nurses scrubs.
