Amber Alert: Taylor Vo, 11 year-old from San Jose, Abducted at Gunpoint (UPDATED)

UPDATE: According to the San Jose Mercury News, Taylor has been found. Her abductor, Tri Le, was shot and killed by San Jose police after he opened fire against them. Taylor is alive and well and has been transported to a hospital. Tri Le was her mother’s ex-boyfriend.

Taylor Vo, age 11, was abducted by Tri Le, age 42, today at 1:18AM in San Jose.  Le forced Vo from her residence at gun point.  The suspect was last seen driving a dark, possibly American-made, minivan.  Please be on alert, especially within the Vietnamese community.  The suspect is still at-large and is considered armed and dangerous.

Below are the pictures and descriptions of the suspect and victim.

Suspect: Tri Le, 42-year-old, Asian (Vietnamese), 5 feet 6 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Victim: Taylor Vo, 11 year-old, Asian, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 105 pounds, and has black hair with blonde highlights and brown eyes.
