Today Hayward police notified Michelle Le's family that they are investigating the case as a homicide. Evidence collected in the last week from Michelle's car, surveillance videos, and interviews with persons of interests point to murder. Nursing Student Michelle Le has been missing since May 27th. She was last seen wearing white nurse scrubs near Kaiser Hospital in Hayward at 27303 Sleepy Hollow Ave. Her car was found half a mile away on Ponderosa Court.
