“Dak Lak Party Official Arrested for Embezzlement”

“Granite Firm Director Arrested for Quarrying Violations”

One of the most prevalent concerns about doing business in Vietnam is the lack of rule of law. Since Vietnam’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) at the end of 2006, the international community has put tremendous pressure on the Vietnamese government. We can expect to see more headlines like these as more eyes look onto this growing country.
